Certification ensures your colleagues and/or potential clients or employers that you or your organization has an understanding of the concept of enterprise engagement and a basic grasp of framework, inter-relationships of audiences, and the basic tools of engagement. What are the different types of certifications?

Do I have to be a member of the Enterprise Engagement Academy to get certified?

Yes, certification fees are built into the cost of membership.

If I am certified, do I still have to pay for a membership?

If you are already certified, you are a member of the EEA. However, you must renew your membership annually to retain your benefits, including the validity of your certification.

Do I have to pay to access Enterprise Engagement Academy Online?

No, you do not have to pay to access the learning program or tests. However, if you take the tests and pass and wish to become a formal certified practitioner in the Enterprise Engagement Alliance community, you must join as an individual or corporate member.

Do I have to pay for the textbook?

You receive a free textbook with membership and all updates as long as you remain a member in good standing. How do I or my company get certified?

You must complete the 6 core CEP course modules under the “Certification Modules” tab and achieve a minimum, 75% score on each module quiz to pass. Once you have successfully completed all 6 modules, you will have earned your CEP designation. Please visit the “Certification” tab for more information.
